SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee supplier quality performance.
- Conduct audits at supplier facilities.
- Implement corrective actions to improve quality processes.
- Approve and follow up on PPAP submissions with suppliers for purchased components and engineering changes.
- Manage the Incoming Quality area.
- Develop and support supplier improvement initiatives.
- Maintain and monitor supplier scorecards.




- Issue and follow up on Supplier QPRs (Quality Problem Reports).
- Ensure purchased parts meet required specifications and quality standards.
- Develop and manage the supplier audit program.
- Participate directly in internal and external audits.
- Use statistical analysis tools such as Minitab.
- Participate in the preparation and follow-up of PPAPs.

Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Systems and IATF 16949.
- Experience conducting supplier audits.
- Knowledge of quality areas (Incoming Inspection, Manufacturing Processes, Laboratory, and Outgoing Quality), GD&T;, IMDS, and Core Tools.
- Problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
