Our technology transforms limited applicant information, such as an email address and phone number, into a Digital Credit Identity that helps lenders evaluate customers with limited, thin or no traditional credit history.

We work with banks, credit unions, fintech companies and other financial institutions across the United States and Latin America.

About the Role

QUASH.ai is hiring a full-time, AI Business Development Representative to generate qualified sales opportunities with financial institutions.

This is a highly active outbound sales role. You will spend most of your day contacting prospective customers through cold calls, emails, SMS and LinkedIn.

You will also use generative AI, sales automation and marketing automation tools to research accounts, personalize outreach,



automate repetitive tasks and improve the performance of our outbound campaigns.

This is not a role for someone who only wants to send automated emails. You must be comfortable picking up the phone, speaking with senior financial-services executives and independently conducting an initial discovery call.

What You Will Do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, email, SMS and LinkedIn.
- Identify and contact decision-makers at banks, credit unions, fintech companies and lending institutions.
- Prospect roles including Chief Credit Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Underwriting, Fraud Directors, Lending Executives and Innovation Leaders.
- Conduct initial discovery calls and clearly explain the value of QUASH.ai.
- Understand a prospect’s lending products, target segments, approval rates, risk challenges and current data providers.
- Qualify opportunities before transferring them to QUASH.ai’s senior sales team.
