Lead Genesys' public sector growth strategy in Mexico, building trusted relationships across federal, state, and municipal government entities, institutes, and public organizations. This role owns strategic engagement with the Agencia de Transformación Digital y Telecomunicaciones (ATDT), connecting its digital government priorities, procurement cycles,



and policy agenda with solutions that improve how public institutions serve citizens.

You will shape complex, high-value opportunities from strategy through execution, influencing senior government stakeholders, navigating public procurement frameworks, and aligning internal teams around compliant, customer-focused solutions. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, market position, and long-term relationships across Mexico's public sector.

At Genesys, we help organizations use AI, cloud technology, and experience orchestration to create more personalized and effective customer and citizen experiences. You will partner with senior leaders across Sales, Legal, Solution Consulting, Delivery, and the partner ecosystem, gaining visibility across strategic enterprise initiatives while expanding your leadership impact in one of Mexico's most important digital transformation markets.
