About the Position:





We are looking for a Quality Failure Analyst - Warranty o join the Electronic Systems Plant team, reporting directly to the Plant Manufacturing Quality Manager.

This position is based at our office in Aguascalientes, Mexico.

The
Quality Failure Analyst
is responsible for analyzing, investigating, and resolving quality failures related to electronic products, assemblies, components, and manufacturing processes at the Aguascalientes plant. This role supports production, engineering, supplier quality, and customer quality teams by identifying root causes of defects, implementing corrective actions, and preventing recurrence.

The position requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of electronics manufacturing, and experience with quality tools, failure analysis methods, and continuous improvement practices.
