We are seeking a high-impact Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of modern, web-based digital solutions within our Digital Technology organization. This role is critical to orchestrating cross-functional, globally distributed teams and ensuring successful execution across multiple Agile teams within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment.

You will drive delivery for initiatives spanning eCommerce, middleware integrations, ERP, CRM, and product data platforms, leveraging strong expertise in Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project to enable transparency, collaboration, and structured delivery execution.

JOB DUTIES:
- Lead end-to-end program and project execution within a SAFe framework, coordinating multiple Agile teams across Program Increments (PIs)
- Drive planning and execution activities including PI Planning, sprint coordination, backlog alignment, and release management
- Help lead and facilitate Scrum of Scrums ceremonies to ensure effective cross-team coordination and alignment
- Conduct regular pulse-checks to identify roadblocks




- Proactively manage and resolve cross-team dependencies
- Ensure smooth integration of deliverables across squads toward shared product goals
- Utilize Atlassian Jira for backlog tracking, sprint execution, reporting, and metrics visibility
- Leverage Confluence for documentation, knowledge sharing, and program transparency
- Utilize Microsoft Project for high-level planning, timeline management, and executive reporting where required
