? Target
To guarantee the reliability of our production equipment by driving a proactive maintenance strategy. This role focuses on preventing issues, executing problem-solving, and collaborating closely with Production, Processes, and Quality to boost overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

? Main Responsibilities
- Drive Proactive Maintenance: Develop, manage,



and optimize data-driven preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM) to anticipate failures.
- Collaborate for Improvement: Act as the key maintenance partner for Production, Processes, and Quality teams to enhance equipment performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of equipment failures to implement robust, long-term solutions and prevent recurrence.
- Provide Technical Leadership: Offer high-level support for complex equipment issues and manage spare parts strategy for critical components.

Qualifications
? Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, PLCs, industrial controls, and robotics.
- Proficient in reading electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
