Role Description
The Packaging & Procurement Specialist is an on-site role based in Guadalajara, JAL. This position focuses on coordinating packaging development, managing procurement activities,



and supporting supply chain operations for agave spirits brands. Daily responsibilities include issuing and tracking purchase orders, evaluating and onboarding packaging suppliers, monitoring lead times, and ensuring materials meet quality and regulatory standards. The specialist will collaborate with design, production, logistics, and legal teams to align packaging specifications with brand requirements and budget goals. The role also involves negotiating terms with vendors, analyzing cost and performance data, and maintaining accurate documentation across all packaging and procurement processes.

- Strong procurement foundation, including experience with Purchase Orders and Procurement processes.
- Ability to perform thorough Supplier Evaluation and manage vendor relationships.
