- The company focuses on developing and manufacturing advanced endoscopic solutions covering gastroenterology, respiratory, ENT, and surgical applications.

Position Details:
- Location: Mexico.
- Position: International Sales Manager.
- Compensation: Base salary plus 4-month annual bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage distributor channels in Mexico.
- Identify and recruit suitable local partners and distributors.
- Drive sales growth through hospitals and healthcare institutions.
- Provide distributor training and support market development activities.
- Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
- Support local product registration and compliance activities.
- Participate in exhibitions, product training, and clinical promotion activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Native Mexican or Spanish speaker.
- Fluent English communication skills for regional reporting.
- Proven endoscopy product sales experience (mandatory).
