Job Description

What you’ll do...

As the Technology Coordinator, you will support three properties: Hyde Mexico City Reforma, Mama Shelter Roma and Mondrian Mexico City Condesa. As part of our Technology team, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, systems, services and support across the hotels.

This role is ideal for a hands-on,



service-oriented professional who enjoys supporting end users, coordinating with vendors, following up on IT issues and participating in technology projects that keep our hotels connected, secure and operating efficiently.

Key responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day IT operations across the three hotels, ensuring systems, equipment and services are functioning properly.
- Provide technical support to end users, helping resolve hardware, software, connectivity, access and system-related issues in a timely manner.
- Assist in the coordination and follow-up of IT projects, including infrastructure upgrades, WiFi improvements, system implementations and hotel openings.
- Work closely with on-site teams to understand operational needs and ensure technology support is aligned with business priorities.
