ServiceNow Product Manager (6-month contract)

We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Product Manager
for a
6-month contract engagement
to cover a team member on maternity leave. This role requires a unique balance of
hands-on technical fluency, robust project management expertise, and a sharp focus on User Experience (UX)
.

You will own the strategy, roadmap, and delivery across our enterprise platform ecosystem—spanning ITSM, CSM, HR Onboarding, ITOM AIOps, and specifically driving
Virtual Agent
capability enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Strategic Leadership
- End-to-End Delivery:
Drive the full lifecycle from discovery to rollout, balancing feature delivery, technical debt, and sprint commitments within an Agile framework.
- Stakeholder Alignment:
Build trusted relationships with business leaders, managing delivery trade-offs and communicating progress transparently.
- Organizational Change Management:
Guide adoption of new platform capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions into daily operations across teams.

Technical Execution & Virtual Agent Focus
- Virtual Agent Ownership:
Drive the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of
ServiceNow Virtual Agent
flows to optimize self-service capabilities and conversational experiences.
- Technical Partnership:
Partner closely with engineering teams to navigate architecture, system integrations, and multi-instance configurations (ITSM, CSM, HR, ITOM).
- Hands-on Configuration:
Comfortable making minor platform tweaks (e.g., basic HTML/CSS adjustments on portals/forms) when needed to unblock execution.

3. User Experience (UX) & Experience Design
- User-Centric Portals & Forms:
Collaborate with UX/UI design resources to craft friction-free Service Portals and intuitive forms that prioritize employee and user experience above all else.
- Discovery & Analytics:
Lead structured early-stage research to surface dependencies and blind spots. Use platform analytics to measure success
