Work you’ll do

The Offering Portfolio Chief of Staff key responsibilities may include:

• Support with strategy, planning, execution, follow up, and control of practice priorities and day-to-day operations and deliverables

• Support in the development/update of Portfolio presentations, playbooks and other relevant practice materials

• Own preparation of meeting agendas and supporting material for management meetings

• Prepare and analyze operational and financial reports

• Prepare monthly forecast for the Portfolio in coordination with other teams.





• Work together with the Finance and Deployment teams to prepare analysis reports of the Portfolio (e.g., utilization variances)

• Track and review budgets, opportunities, key accounts and staff utilization

• Identify key risk areas and understand the actions that can be undertaken to mitigate as they arise

• Lead and manage the planning and execution of Town Hall meetings, events, and visits by Portfolio

• Develop and execute a communications strategy for the OP and the offerings creating the “voice” of the portfolio across the practices

• Act as the Business point of contact for the Portfolio for different areas

• Serve as an ambassador of the OP/offerings/practice in internal and external client interactions

• In coordination with the OP, Offering leaders and appropriate stakeholders, develop and execute strategies to promote culture and community within ADMX

• Follow up on escalations with professionals (e.g., mandatory curricula)
