In this role, you will have the opportunity to join our Finance department, contributing to shaping the future of the accounting processes.

We are looking for an experienced Travel & Expense (T&E;) Specialist to support the integral rollout and ongoing operations of SAP Concur across multiple entities and countries. This role is ideal for a professional with strong T&E; process knowledge, hands-on Concur experience, and a proven track record in system implementations, transitions, and process standardization initiatives.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient expense management operations, supporting user adoption, driving compliance, and contributing to continuous process improvements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Concur Rollout & Transition Support
- Support the implementation and deployment of SAP Concur across multiple countries and business entities.
- Participating in project activities, testing,



and go-live support.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition from legacy expense systems.
- Assist in processing harmonization and standardization activities during rollout phases.

T&E; Operations & Controls
- Review and audit employee expense reports in line with company policies.
- Investigate exceptions, policy violations, and compliance issues.
- Support month-end activities, reporting, and reconciliations related to T&E.;
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.

User Support & Training
- Act as a key point of contact for Concur users, approvers, and finance teams.
- Deliver end-user training and support adoption of new processes.
- Maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides.
