is looking for an experienced
Quality Manager – QMS Compliance
to join our team and drive Quality Management System (QMS) governance across multiple projects supporting the
Americas and EMEA regions
. This is an onsite opportunity based in Mexico with exposure to general stakeholders and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

? Lead the implementation and governance of QMS processes aligned with
ISO 9001
, client requirements, and organizational standards.

? Conduct internal, external, and client audits while ensuring compliance across operations and support functions.

? Drive a strong quality culture and continuous improvement initiatives, including
Kaizen, Axia, Praxis, and Exchange ION
programs.

? Act as the single point of contact for QMS compliance matters with clients and stakeholders.

? Lead management reviews, identify risks, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational performance.

What We're Looking For
- 12-15 years of experience in an international BPO environment.




- ISO 9001 Lead Assessor Certification.
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification with proven project leadership experience.
- Strong client-facing, stakeholder management, and audit experience.
- Expertise in Quality Management Systems, Process Excellence, Data Analysis, Excel, Reporting, and Minitab.

Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
