We're hiring an
Okta Identity Architect
— and this one is not a maintenance role.

Telekomplex is staffing a large-scale Okta Workforce Identity deployment covering a full enterprise population: employees and contractors.

You would be the architect on record. You design the target state, and then you stay to guide the team that builds it.

What you'll own
→ Target-state Okta Workforce architecture: Universal Directory, lifecycle, policy framework → Migration path off AD / ADFS / Entra ID, including cutover strategy → SSO and provisioning across the application portfolio (SAML, OIDC, SCIM) → The hard part: identity lifecycle for contractors, where there is no authoritative HR source → Okta Workflows automation for joiner / mover / leaver → Sizing and shaping the delivery team

What we need
→ 8+ years in IAM, 3+ focused on Okta → At least two end-to-end Okta Workforce deployments as architect or lead,



5,000+ identities → Okta Certified Consultant or Professional (strongly preferred) → Professional English (C1) — this role sits in front of the client → Based in Latin America
