Responsabilidades

Primary Responsibilities Of The Marketing Communications Intern
- Manage and maintain the inventory of promotional materials and marketing merchandise.
- Receive, track, and coordinate the distribution of promotional materials.
- Monitor vendor payment processes and ensure supporting documentation is complete and accurate.
- Create and follow up on Purchase Requisitions (PRs) within corporate systems.
- Manage and maintain marketing assets within Bynder,



ensuring the digital asset library remains organized and up to date.
- Coordinate vendor onboarding and vendor information updates within internal systems.
- Track and follow up on JIRA tickets and requests to ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Support the logistical coordination of events, campaigns, and communication initiatives.
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related documentation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution and ensure timely deliverables.
- Maintain and update departmental databases, records, and documentation.
- Provide general operational and administrative support to Marketing Communications activities to ensure efficient execution of projects and initiatives.

Requisitos

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
