What You’ll Be Doing
This position is responsible for managing and coordinating the daily operations of the company's operations department. This includes managing the operation staff, ensuring efficient customer service, and overseeing all operational processes. The Operations Supervisor will be a key leader and will assist with developing and implementing strategies and plans to improve department efficiency and customer service.

You will be responsible for
- Provide the highest level of customer service to clients, vendors, and service providers .
- Service clients including support for sales; to review and provide necessary detail specific to client need in quoting new business and supporting existing business
- Handle document preparation, monitors, and coordinates customs release for the import of commercial goods into Mexico and maintain client database to include tariff, vendors, FTA’s etc.
- Tariff research and classification of goods to comply with Canadian, Mexican and US customs regulations (as applicable).
