About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Agile Coach to lead Agile transformation initiatives across multiple teams, programs, and organizational levels.
This is not a traditional Scrum Master role. The idóneo candidate will have hands-on experience driving scaled Agile transformations, coaching organizations and engineering leadership, implementing Agile practices across multiple teams, and using delivery data and metrics to drive measurable improvements.
The Agile Coach will act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, influencing teams and organizational structures without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Agile/Scrum ceremonies fluently and independently, consistently delivering strong outcomes without preparation or handholding.
- Coach entire organizations, programs, and multiple teams, not just individual Scrum teams.
- Design and execute multi-team Agile transformation programs with clear objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with engineering leadership as a trusted advisor, providing candid, data-driven insights on delivery health and organizational constraints.
- Design and implement Azure DevOps (ADO) structures for multi-team environments, including:
- Area Paths
- Team configurations
- Cross-team dependency tracking
- Portfolio-level visibility
- Implement Agile practices at scale, including:
- Organization-wide retrospectives
- Cross-team sprint synchronization
- Area/Product Ownership models
- Team self-selection processes
- Lead through influence rather than authority, effectively working with vendor teams, internal teams, product organizations, and leadership.

- Flow
- Stability / DORA metrics

- Backlog health
