We're hiring on behalf of our client in the tax service industry, who is looking for a smart, resourceful, AI forward marketer. This person should take ownership, execute across multiple channels, and help build measurable marketing systems.

About the role

*What You’ll Do*

CRM & Marketing Automation
- Help manage and improve marketing activity inside the CRM
- Build and maintain lead nurture workflows
- Create automated follow-up sequences based on lead source, service interest, contact status, or prospect behavior
- Assist with segmentation, tagging, lists, pipeline stages, and campaign tracking




- Identify leads that are not receiving proper follow-up
- Monitor automations and troubleshoot workflow issues
- Document CRM processes and create simple SOPs
- Work within Zoho and learn additional tools as needed

Email Marketing
- Draft, build, schedule, and monitor email campaigns
- Create nurture campaigns for new prospects
- Build reactivation campaigns for older leads and former clients
- Write educational email sequences related to tax resolution, tax compliance, tax preparation, and DIY tax relief options
- Improve subject lines, calls to action, layouts, and sequence structure
- Track opens, clicks, replies, appointments, and conversions
- Follow good list-management and deliverability practices

SMS Marketing
- Draft and deploy compliant SMS campaigns
- Create nurture, reactivation, reminder, and follow-up text sequences
- Coordinate SMS activity with email, phone, and CRM follow-up
- Monitor responses and route interested prospec
