We’re looking for a high-performance,



customer-facing technical rock star who lives and breathes fiber laser technology — someone who can troubleshoot a tube laser in the morning, optimize nesting on a flat sheet system in the afternoon, and train a fabrication team before dinner.

? What You’ll Do

? Elite-Level Field Service

Diagnose and repair tube and flat fiber laser systems (electrical, mechanical, CNC, servo, laser source, chiller, optics)

Troubleshoot CNC controls and motion systems

Perform installations, commissioning, and preventive maintenance

Collaborate with factory engineering on escalated technical cases

Keep machines cutting — because downtime is not an option

⚙️ Application Engineering Excellence

Optimize cutting parameters for carbon steel, stainless, aluminum, and specialty materials

Develop and refine tube processing applications (round, square, structural shapes)

Support nesting optimization
