Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate resources and processes to ensure the technical development and release of products.
- Lead new product launch programs and production releases, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Participate in the planning, development, and control of business plans for new programs.
- Maintain active communication with automotive customers, ensuring proper project follow-up and fulfillment of requirements.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (required).

Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical development and new product launch implementation.

Languages
- Advanced English (mandatory).
- German (preferred).

Technical Knowledge and Experience
- Knowledge of automotive customer requirements and customer platforms,



especially German OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- Experience with plastic injection molding processes for the automotive industry.
- SAP proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and management systems, including:
- IATF 16949
- ISO 9001
- Experience in product design and engineering applied to automotive manufacturing.
