Job Description

We are seeking a QA/QC professional with a comprehensive vision,



a strong sense of responsibility, and proven technical experience in
industrial civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) projects
. This role is critical to ensuring that construction processes meet the highest quality standards and applicable regulations, delivering complete, safe, and contract-compliant outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control plans in accordance with national and international standards (NOM, ASTM, ACI, AISC, AWS).
- Verify materials, construction procedures, inspection protocols, and site records for civil, structural, and architectural works.
- Conduct daily technical inspections and generate photographic and documentary reports.
- Initiate and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinate corrective actions.
- Oversee the execution of technical inspections and testing activities for soil compaction, concrete, structural steel,
