The Manager Total Rewards Northern Cone is responsible for administering and maintaining systems that support Total Rewards programs, including Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility, and Rewards & Recognition. Oversees HR systems, projects, and processes, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, and user adoption. Develops and communicates key metrics and insights to support HR and business decision-making, while partnering with HR leadership on strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with general Total Rewards policies and compliance requirements.

San Luis Potosi, and El Salto – Jalisco. 3 to 4 days in the office.

- Conduct compensation and benefits studies, market benchmarking, and trend analyses to support the development of competitive Total Rewards strategies that attract, retain, and engage talent.
- Design, implement, and maintain compensation policies, job evaluation frameworks, career structures, and total remuneration programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Recommend and manage variable pay programs, including annual incentive, sales incentive, merit, and recognition plans, to align employee performance with organizational objectives.
- Perform compensation analyses and provide recommendations for promotions, salary adjustments, market alignments, and external hiring decisions.
