We’re looking for a
high-output Graphic Designer
who can create exceptional static advertising creative, product visuals, and campaign concepts at startup speed.

This is not a role for someone who wants to spend a week perfecting one graphic. We’re looking for someone who can produce
a high volume of genuinely great creative
, rapidly develop variations, learn from what performs, and continuously raise the quality bar.

What You’ll Do
- Design high-quality
static ads for Meta, Instagram, X, and other paid/social channels
- Create dozens of creative concepts and variations every week
- Take winning ads and rapidly produce new hooks, layouts, colors, compositions, and visual directions
- Develop photorealistic and conceptual




product renders using AI tools
- Combine AI-generated imagery with Photoshop to create polished, believable final assets
- Place Otto into realistic environments such as retail stores, desks, homes, warehouses, billboards, packaging displays, and conceptual campaign settings
- Create bold typography-led advertising designed to stop the scroll
- Develop new visual concepts rather than simply executing briefs
- Work closely with the founders and growth team to understand which creative is performing
- Iterate based on CPA, CTR, conversion rate, and other performance signals
- Help develop and evolve Otto’s overall visual language
- Create landing-page graphics, product imagery, social content, launch assets, and other brand creative as needed
- Maintain an organized library of source files, renders, templates, and winning creative
