We are seeking a
Junior Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI
to join our technology organization and contribute to the development of enterprise-grade, AI-enabled applications. This role will be based in México city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. This role is designed for early-career engineers who are eager to grow their full-stack skills while gaining hands-on experience with applied generative AI in real-world systems.
You will work as part of a collaborative engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and operation of AI-enabled web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies, Large Language Models (LLMs), and cloud infrastructure. You will be supported by more experienced engineers and will grow your skills through hands-on delivery, feedback, and mentorship.
In this role, you will learn how enterprise software is built, deployed, and maintained, while applying generative AI responsibly within established engineering standards and practices.
We will count on you to:
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of full-stack web applications under the guidance of more experienced engineers.
- Implement frontend features using React with TypeScript (or similar frameworks).
- Support the development of backend services and APIs using NodeJS / NestJS or Python (FastAPI / Django).
- Assist with integrating LLM-based capabilities into applications using established patterns and guidance.
- Help evolve proofs of concept into stable, production-ready features within defined scope.
- Write clean, readable, and well-tested code following established engineering standards.
- Participate in code reviews, learning from feedback and improving code quality over time.
- Support deployment and operation of applications on cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS) with guidance.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL data stores under direction.
