Our client is looking for a
bilingual Home Care Operations Coordinator
to support service coordination, compliance, and administrative operations. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy keeping processes on track, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Service Coordination & Documentation
- Review, process, and submit service coordination documents accurately and on time.
- Review
50–60 pages of documentation
to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Help ensure documentation meets regulatory requirements and submission standards.

Operations & Compliance
- Organize and maintain records using
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox
.
- Track deadlines, authorizations, and outstanding documents, following up to ensure timely completion.
- Support day-to-day administrative operations while maintaining compliance.

Communication & Coordination
- Communicate professionally with internal teams, caregivers, and external partners in
English and Spanish
.




- Follow up on missing documentation and approvals to keep services moving without delays.
- Serve as a key point of contact to ensure smooth coordination across teams.

What You'll Bring
- Bilingual fluency in
English and Spanish
(written and spoken).
- Experience in
administration, healthcare, compliance, or service coordination
is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and correct errors.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dropbox
.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- A proactive, persistent, and professional approach to follow-up.
