About the Position:
To be the voice of the customer, ensuring that through the optimal use of all resources, 100% of customer requirements are fulfilled in terms of both timing and quantity. Manage all finished goods warehouse activities and functions to ensure inventory accuracy and reliability,



enabling the complete fulfillment of all customer shipments.
Your Responsibilities will be:

Ensure the accurate receipt of customer requirements through EDI 830 (forecast), EDI 862 (firm daily requirements), and EDI 846 (material sequencing).

Conduct a weekly review of the customer's updated forecast and communicate customer requirements for the next 12 weeks, highlighting any significant changes to accurately determine the resources required for each week.

Perform weekly balancing of all resources to prevent peaks and valleys in resource utilization.

Review tickets and float alerts daily to address special customer requirements and avoid penalties on the customer scorecard.

Communicate to the customer any committed delivery dates that fall outside the lead time and/or are based on increased demand.
