Overview:

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented
*Medicaid Transportation Dispatch Coordinator*
to manage scheduling and coordination between drivers and clients for a Medicaid transportation business. This role is central to ensuring clients receive timely, safe, and reliable transportation. The adecuado candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable communicating directly with both drivers and clients. Administrative support will also be part of the role, with training provided.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules between drivers and clients, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs
- Confirm client appointments via calls and texts, and update the confirmation spreadsheet accordingly
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding transportation needs, schedule changes, or concerns
- Communicate directly with drivers to relay client information, route details, and last-minute schedule adjustments
- Monitor trips in real time and proactively address delays,



cancellations, or emergencies
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find solutions that minimize disruptions to clients
- Escalate urgent or sensitive situations to management promptly
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

organizational skills
with the ability to manage multiple recurring tasks
- Clear, professional communication skills for client-facing calls and texts
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision after training

Qualifications:
