Role Overview

Zensar is seeking an experienced
Business Consultant Sr Lead – Professional Services
to join the
Treasury and Risk – Risk Practice
. The adecuado candidate will have strong experience in
banking/financial services, treasury and risk management, and vendor product implementations
, particularly across
Asset & Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Liquidity Risk Management, and IFRS 9 / Expected Credit Loss (ECL)
.

Candidates with experience implementing
Oracle Apps or other banking/financial products
are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements from
discovery through solution delivery
.
- Conduct
business requirements workshops
and solution design sessions with clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Configure and implement
treasury,



risk, and banking software solutions
based on client requirements.
- Collaborate with technical and business teams throughout implementation.
- Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between business requirements and delivered solutions.
- Prepare functional documentation, requirements, process flows, and implementation materials.
- Support
user acceptance testing (UAT)
and issue resolution.
- Deliver end-user and client training.
- Provide
post-go-live support
and assist with production issue resolution.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of treasury and risk management solutions.

Strong knowledge of one or more of the following is required:
