What are your contributions to the team?
- Coordinate and manage the logistics of orientation for new hires.
- Create and update training materials, as well as orientation materials for new employees.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports related to organizational development.
- Assist in coordinating cultural and professional development events and activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects within the department.
- Provide administrative support to the Organizational Development team.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You are currenlty studying in the final semesters of a degree program in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
