Operations Project Coordinator

We’re looking for an
Operations Project Coordinator
to take ownership of client projects from the moment an order comes in through final delivery.

This is not a role where you’ll simply wait for tasks to be assigned. You’ll be the person making sure projects move forward—finding the right products, coordinating with vendors, managing timelines, preparing quotes, and ensuring our clients receive exactly what they were promised.

What You'll Do

You’ll manage multiple client orders at different stages and own the operational process from start to finish, including:
- Source products based on client needs, budgets, branding requirements, and deadlines
- Research vendors and identify the best options based on price, quality, and availability




- Create polished, client-ready presentations with recommended product options
- Calculate pricing and prepare accurate client quotes
- Create and submit purchase orders to vendors
- Coordinate with suppliers and track production timelines
- Follow up proactively to make sure orders stay on schedule
- Identify potential delays or problems and find solutions before they impact the client
- Keep project information, deadlines, pricing, and documentation organized
- Manage multiple active orders without losing track of the details
- Provide clear updates and ensure clients are taken care of throughout the process
