About the Role

We're building a new AI Product Engineering team in Mexico and are looking for engineers who want to help shape the future of AI-powered software development.

This is not a traditional software engineering role.

We're looking for engineers who use AI as part of their daily development workflow—not only to generate code, but also to analyze business problems, create technical specifications, orchestrate AI tools, validate AI-generated code, and deliver production-ready software.

You'll work closely with Product Managers, Architects, and Tech Leads to use AI throughout the product development lifecycle—from analyzing business requirements and creating product/technical specifications to feature design, acceptance criteria, implementation, validation, and delivery.

What You'll Do

AI-First Software Development
- Build modern full-stack applications using ASP.NET Core (.NET) and React + TypeScript.




- Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or similar as part of your daily development workflow.
- Transform business requirements into technical specifications before implementation.
- Break down features into implementation tasks and AI-assisted development plans.
- Review, validate and improve AI-generated code to ensure quality, security and maintainability.
- Deliver production-ready software focused on scalability and business value.

Generative AI Engineering
- Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Gemini or similar Large Language Models into production applications.
- Develop AI-powered features including:
- Conversational Assistants
- AI Agents
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Intelligent Search
- Recommendation Engines
- Workflow Automation
- Build retrieval pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
- Design, evaluate and optimize prompts for
