Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in the video, media, entertainment industry, as a YouTube creator or working with partners or creators.
- Experience in an external-facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales, or relationship development.

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with project management using project execution frameworks.
- Ability to manage basic negotiation, understanding key commercial terms and closing standard agreements.
- Ability to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
- Ability to analyze data and insights and translate in an external-friendly, actionable way.




- Effective problem-solving skills and proven track record of proactively improving processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, planning and time/pipeline management skills, with strong attention to detail.
