We are looking for a bilingual professional to join our team at a U.S.-based law firm
What will you do?
- Answer incoming calls throughout the day.
- Provide clients with updates regarding their cases.
- Handle calls from medical clinics, attorneys, insurance companies, and other entities.
- Communicate professionally in English and Spanish.
Requirements:
✅ Advanced English proficiency — mandatory
✅ Fluent Spanish
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Professional and friendly phone etiquette
✅ Current students and recent graduates are welcome to apply
IMPORTANT: Advanced English is required. Candidates who do not have an advanced level of English will not be considered. Remote Position | Mexico City
