We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with deep expertise in .NET / C# backend development, modern React applications, and Microsoft Azure. This role requires an experienced engineer who can independently solve complex technical challenges, design scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership across the engineering team.

The adecuado candidate has extensive experience building secure, cloud-native applications, implementing modern authentication and authorization standards, and developing scalable APIs and distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using C#/.NET, React, and JavaScript.
- Design and build high-performance REST APIs and distributed backend services.
- Implement Backend-for-Frontend (BFF)



architecture to optimize communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Develop responsive, modern user interfaces using React.
- Build secure authentication and authorization solutions using industry-standard identity protocols.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Contribute to software architecture, engineering standards, and technical best practices.

Backend Development (Required)
- Strong professional experience developing backend applications with C# /.NET (required).
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles and modern .NET development.
