Job Title: Senior AI/ML Platform Engineer

Location: Mexico (Remote)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Purpose

Add a senior hands-on platform engineer to own day-to-day Palantir technical delivery, strengthen platform maturity, and create capacity for broader AI/ML strategy, governance, and cross-platform alignment.

Role Scope
- Serve as the technical owner for Palantir platform execution.
- Translate platform priorities into clear engineering work.
- Support architecture roadmap delivery, governance, health, and scale.
- Align Palantir work with Snowflake, Databricks, cloud, and enterprise AI/ML patterns.

Core Responsibilities
- Lead solution design, implementation planning, and technical decision-making.
- Develop reusable patterns for pipelines, ontology, applications, APIs, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, technical debt, platform health, and capacity needs.
- Reinforce standards for security, testing,



documentation, observability, and lifecycle management.
- Partner with business, engineering, architecture, and platform teams to align scope, priorities, and outcomes.
- Support governance maturity reviews and leadership reporting with clear recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Enterprise Palantir Foundry experience across pipelines, ontology, applications, automation, APIs, and integrations.
- Strong Python, SQL, API, and data engineering skills.
- Working knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or operational environments.
- Ability to translate business priorities into scalable technical solutions.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
