Marketing Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE

The Marketing Coordinator provides comprehensive operational support to the Marketing Director and Marketing Project Manager in planning and executing internal communications. The primary responsibility of this role is to streamline information workflows, coordinate deliverables with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and ensure brand integrity and alignment across all assigned projects.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Graphic Design & Digital Editing:
Proficiency or working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, Acrobat) and agile design platforms (Canva).
- Email Marketing Management:
Familiarity with high-volume email marketing platforms (Mailchimp or similar).
- Core Marketing Principles:
Solid understanding of general marketing concepts, strategy execution, and campaign coordination.
- Language Proficiency:




Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (required), with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Project & Workflow Management:
Strong technical ability to oversee workflows, manage project timelines, and ensure timely deliverables.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Internal Communications & Email Marketing:
Draft, design, structure, and execute regular email communications targeting club members. Manage and maintain the contact database within Mailchimp.
- Digital Platform Management (Web & App):
Collaborate on continuous content updates—including menus, special event notices, and media assets—for the member app and internal website.
- On-Site Signage & Visual Standards:
Oversee, install, and update physical signage, acrylic displays, frames, and digital screens across the Club, ensuring immaculate presentation and strict adherence to brand standards.
