We are seeking a detail-oriented and process driven
Finance Executive (Accounts Receivables)
to join our dynamic team at PIL in
DF, Mexico
. The
Finance Executive (AR)
leads the daily accounts receivable operations, ensuring that customer payments are collected, properly applied,



and reconciled in accordance with PIL Group credit-control policies and local accounting standards. The position focuses on support the cash application, customer follow-up, AR reconciliation, and documentation control, contributing to the reduction of Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and accuracy of ASA and HQ reporting. This is an operational finance role requiring strong organization, persistence, and attention to detail, but no mandatory English proficiency spoken.

Key Responsibilities
- Collections & Customer Follow-Up
- Contact customers to obtain timely payment for outstanding invoices.
- Maintain an updated collection log with status, expected dates, and comments.
- Escalate overdue accounts to the Account receivable GFS Specialist & Controller.
- Support Sales and Operations teams by providing up-to-date customer balance details.
- Issue reminder letters, statements, or receipts as required.
- Support WNS/Outsourcing Cash Application & Reconcilia
