Location: Remote – Mexico

Salary: $85,000 MXN gross per month

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master to lead and facilitate Agile teams in delivering high-quality products.

The Scrum Master will promote Agile principles, facilitate effective collaboration, remove impediments, and help the team continuously improve its processes and performance.

The idóneo candidate is a strong communicator who can effectively work with Development Teams, Product Owners, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including:
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Planning
- Sprint Reviews
- Sprint Retrospectives
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement.
- Remove impediments and proactively address obstacles that impact team productivity and delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and productive team environment.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure clear backlog prioritization and effective sprint planning.




- Help teams maintain a healthy and prioritized backlog.
- Monitor and communicate team performance, sprint progress, and delivery metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve team processes, productivity, and delivery outcomes.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and help teams develop effective collaboration practices.
- Promote Agile values and help ensure Scrum practices are properly understood and followed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve transparency and communication around project progress.
- Support the team in becoming increasingly self-organized and high-performing.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.
- Hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile team practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
