Account Manager – Bajío Region

Dematic is looking for an experienced
Account Manager
to lead commercial growth across the Bajío region. This role is adecuado for a consultative sales professional who combines a proactive hunter mindset with the ability to build trusted, long-term customer relationships.

You will own the territory strategy, develop new business opportunities, and lead complex, long-cycle sales from initial qualification through solution development, negotiation, and close.

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the commercial strategy for the Bajío region.
- Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, market mapping, and account penetration.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue objectives.
- Develop strategic relationships with customers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Understand customer operations, business challenges, and long-term growth needs.
- Identify upselling, cross-selling,



and repeat business opportunities.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with Engineering, Solutions Development, After Market, and Finance to deliver competitive and high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals and business cases to senior decision-makers.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, forecasting, and follow-up in Salesforce.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs across key industries.
- Provide market insights and support commercial strategies for sectors such as Automotive, Retail, 3PL, and Manufacturing.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
