Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Senior Cost & Inventory Financial Analyst.

What You’ll Do
PRIMARY FUNCTION:
As part of the finance/accounting group, this position is responsible for reporting & analyzing financial, COGS, routings, BOMS and inventory results. This position is expected to support closely operations and other functions (PLM’s, staff. supervisors, etc.), through timely and accurate achieving and/or exceeding financial goals. This position supports Finance Manager (Plant Controller) for ensuring financial accounting activities at the location are with USGAP and MXGAP, local statutory requirements and Eaton Corporate policies and practice. This role supports the development of and analysis of forecasts and presente performance and operational metrics, as well as being responsible for the participating in the profit plan with a focus on cost savings projects, scrap, production volume and cost.

Essential Functions
- As the plant is new creation, this position will be responsible for analyze cogs structure,



review current routings and BOMS to ensure profitability and a correct absorption rate for Monterrey Operations.
- Coordinate cost accounting process and cost maintenance to ensure accuracy of BOM’s, routings and standard cost. Assists in periodic reviews and updates are performed as required, including review of variance analysis to drive continuous improvement. Including costing for new projects
- Responsible in preparation of the profit plan, rolling forecast and weekly performance reporting for cost & inventory related metrics and figures. Drives business to meet or exceed short term & long-term goals, initiatives, and expectations.
