Responsibilities
· Security Operations:
- Provides lead asset protection and security operations program oversight across the in-scope Shure Juarez facility portfolio as a member of the General Security team.
- Manages the contract security provider relationship, including contract support, budget management, service expectations, performance monitoring, and reviews to ensure alignment with operational requirements.
- Develops site-specific training for contract security staff and serves as the 24/7 escalation point for the contract security provider.
- Leads the oversight and maintenance of security systems and equipment, while overseeing related vendor contracts and budgets.
- Directs security response efforts to protect Associates and assets during emergency situations, focusing on minimizing disruption, damage, and cost.
- Prepares written security incident reports, status updates, and presentations, for leadership.
- Coordinates security support for special events, business meetings, and travelers as required.
Risk Management:
- Conducts physical facility assessments and recommends industry-aligned, cost-effective security solut
