We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as an Auxiliar General de Piso. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient store management.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with inquiries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Organize and arrange merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring an appealing and organized display.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and identify any discrepancies.
- Handle merchandise payments and provide accurate change to customers.
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning duties.
- Assist with merchandise receiving and stock replenishment, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on new products and promotions, offering recommendations to customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,



reporting any issues promptly.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the store management.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change.
- Proficiency in using basic office equipment and familiarity with inventory management systems.
