About the Role

We are looking for a Client Care Associate Jr. to join our growing Client Care team.

This position is idóneo for someone who is bilingual, highly communicative, organized, and genuinely enjoys helping people. You will work directly with our clients, providing professional support across different communication channels while ensuring every interaction delivers a positive and efficient customer experience.

You don't need to know everything from day one, we're looking for someone who learns quickly, communicates confidently, takes ownership, and is ready to grow within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
- Handle client inquiries through phone calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services.
- Follow up on client requests and ensure proper resolution.
- Document client interactions accurately in our internal systems.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.
- Meet established quality and operational performance metrics.




- Identify situations that require additional support and escalate complex or sensitive cases appropriately.
- Follow internal processes, guidelines, and company policies.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and feedback sessions.
