Your Impact

We're looking for a
Design Manager

who combines creative leadership and strategic thinking with hands on design execution.

You'll lead the day to day operation of the Design discipline while actively contributing to concept development, visual exploration, and the execution of high impact creative work. You'll translate business and brand objectives into compelling visual solutions across campaigns, digital platforms, content, and experiences.

Working closely with Account Management, Content, Community, Audiovisual, Production, and PR & Influencer Marketing,



you'll ensure ideas move seamlessly from concept to execution balancing creative ambition, exceptional craft, operational excellence, and business impact.

What You'll Do
Creative & Design Execution
- Develop and execute visual concepts across campaigns, brand systems, digital platforms, content, presentations, and experiences.
- Translate creative briefs and business objectives into thoughtful, high quality visual solutions.
- Remain hands on in the design process, actively contributing to concept development and the execution of key projects.
- Ensure every deliverable reflects exceptional craft, visual consistency, and alignment with each brand's identity and objectives.
