Our mission is to help law firms reclaim billable hours and scale efficiently by handling the work that slows them down.

Job Details

Work Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST, MST, CST, or EST, depending on the law firm's time zone

Employer:
DocketWorks. We pay you, but you will report directly to your U.S. supervising attorney.

Location:
100% remote

Salary and Hours

Note:
All prices listed, and all pay administered, are in U.S. dollars ONLY. An ILA's local currency exchange rate will not affect pay.

Full-Time - 40 hours per week
- $1,350/month during probation
- $1,500/month thereafter

Three-Quarter-Time - 30 hours per week
- $975/month during probation
- $1,125/month thereafter

Half-Time - 20 hours per week
- $650/month during probation




- $750/month thereafter

Quarter-Time - 10 hours per week
- $325/month during probation
- $375/month thereafter

What You'll Be Doing

Under the guidance of a U.S. attorney, you'll handle real-world paralegal work, including:
- Legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Client communication via U.S.-based platforms such as Clio and MyCase
- Intake coordination and initial fact gathering
- Ordering and following up on medical, police, or insurance records
- Drafting demand letters, motions, and discovery responses
- Organizing case files and setting court calendar deadlines
- Helping attorneys prepare for trial, depositions, or mediation
