What will you do?
- Support HR operations for Monterrey 2 manufacturing plant and Central Functions.
- Assist with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities, including new hire documentation, contract administration, onboarding sessions, buddy program coordination, and employee records management.
- Support employee engagement and well-being initiatives, events, recognition activities, and internal communications.
- Help maintain HR metrics and reports related to headcount, turnover, absenteeism, overtime, vacations, and workforce indicators.
- Collaborate on HR projects focused on talent development, succession planning, workforce analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide administrative support for employee benefits, retention programs, and HR processes.
- Assist in creating newsletters, presentations, communications, and other materials that help strengthen employee experience and organizational culture.
- Partner with multiple stakeholders across manufacturing operations, logistics, and central functions to support business and people priorities.
