We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and results-driven
Carrier Sales Representative
to join our logistics team. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining a strong carrier network, securing competitive transportation capacity, negotiating aggressive market rates, and providing outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

The adecuado candidate is a natural relationship builder who thrives on prospecting, making cold calls, negotiating, and continuously expanding a carrier portfolio. Success in this role is measured by carrier growth, pricing competitiveness, service performance, responsiveness, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Carrier Development
- Prospect and onboard new transportation providers through cold calling, referrals, networking,



and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with carriers across the U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
- Develop strategic partnerships that result in preferred pricing and reliable capacity.
- Continuously expand the company's carrier network.

Negotiation & Pricing
- Negotiate competitive transportation rates while maintaining strong carrier relationships.
- Secure the best combination of price, service, and capacity.
- Analyze market trends and freight conditions to maximize profitability.

Capacity Management
- Source capacity for Dry Van, Flatbed, Step Deck, Lowboy, Refrigerated, Oversized, Expedite, and Specialized freight.
- Ensure coverage for customer opportunities within required timelines.
- Develop backup carrier options for critical lanes.

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Carrier Sales, Freight Brokerage, or Transportation Procurement.
