You'll drive growth for U.S. home services by optimizing high-impact local lead generation campaigns.

Compensation:

USD 2.8K/month

+ Bonuses (up to 20% of base compensation)

- You are proficient in Pay-per-click (PPC), Lead generation, Home services, Google maps, Google Ads.
- English - Conversational

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for someone based in Latin America who already has experience working with the U.S. market. Specifically,



we need someone with experience in local service businesses such as roofing, HVAC, and plumbing. The person should be a strong middle-level PPC specialist with hands-on experience in:

Technical Expertise:
- Google Ads PPC for local businesses.
- Google Maps / local PPC campaigns.
- Google Local Services Ads (LSA).
- Lead generation for U.S. home-service businesses.
- CallRail — tracking calls and leads generated through our campaigns.
- Managing and optimizing campaigns toward specific lead-generation targets and the guarantees we provide to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone who can take responsibility for campaign performance, not just launch ads.

Compensation:
- The salary for this position is $2,800/month.
