We’re looking for a Customer Satisfaction Assistant to join our Team, onsite in Monterrey, Mexico.
As a Customer Satisfaction Assistant , your role will be to efficiently manage the order processing workflow, providing service to internal and external customers, and ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders.



Effectively communicate the status of orders and address customer needs throughout the sales and after-sales cycle.
What you’ll do
Provide service and support to internal and external clients, identifying their needs and providing timely and effective solutions.
Monitor and manage the assigned client portfolio, maintaining constant communication to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Enter and manage purchase orders in the system, verifying the accuracy of the information and compliance with established processes.
Track imported materials, coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure their availability and on-time delivery.
Monitor the backorder portfolio, providing regular updates on order status and communicating any changes or delays to customers.
Follow up on after-sales activities, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen the business relationship.
