The Product Development Manager – Monterrey is responsible for establishing and leading the Product Development function at the Monterrey manufacturing facility. This role serves as the critical cross-functional link between Product Development (locally & globally) and Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain locally in Monterrey to ensure products are designed, industrialized, and sustained with best practice product engineering, manufacturability, quality, cost, and customer needs in mind.

The Product Development Manager will build and develop local product engineering capabilities. The role is responsible for developing a high-performing team that provides product development support throughout the product lifecycle,



from new product development, continuous product improvement and product sunsetting.

The role is responsible for product development facility needs, makerspace, prototype workshop, and testing area. The role is responsible for tools and equipment needed as part of product development.

The role will also function as the local Material Specialist advising on material issues and leading material development for cost, quality and sustainability improvements.

This position combines technical leadership, people leadership, and cross-functional influence to strengthen Monterrey's contribution to integral product development efforts.
